What if my tracking number isn't working?

Please check that you've entered the correct tracking number. If the issue persists, it may take up to 24 hours for new shipments to appear in our system.

Can I track multiple packages at once?

Currently, you can track one package at a time. For multiple packages, please enter each tracking number separately.

What do the different status updates mean?

Pending: Your shipment has been booked and is awaiting pickup.
Picked Up: Your package has been collected and is at our facility.
In Transit: Your package is on its way to the destination.
